Graduates of the Machinery Programme will be able to make and interpret technical and vocational drawing, make designs and materials selection using the computer-aided drawing programmes, recognise manufacturing methods, carry out processes in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, make calculations through machine elements, and recognise the quality management system and legislation. They can work as Machine Technologists in the public and private sector. They can also transfer to the undergraduate programmes in Industrial Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Marine Engineering Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, and Automotive Engineering through Vertical Transfer (Transfer from a Two-Year College to a 4-Year One) Examination (DGS).
