COOKERY

 

The purpose of the Cookery Program is to educate prospective young executive chefs who have sufficient knowledge and equipment about Turkish and World cuisine, who have advanced culinary skills, and who are theoretically and practically trained in the field of food and beverage services.

 

A professional kitchen with high technology is offered to our students’ service, where they can improve their knowledge, skills, and creativity and transform the knowledge they have learned into practice. During the courses in kitchen practices, they wear chef uniforms and kitchen equipment.

 

The education period of the program is two years and the Program offers Turkish-medium instruction. English Preparatory Program is optional.
