The increasing competition in today’s business world requires the full use of human resource potential, and use of human creativity and creative skills to the fullest extent in the race of existence, survival and growth among businesses. Therefore, it is the Human Resources Department that will provide an organisation with the “human” factor which will render that organisation’s production or services quality, competitive, and sustainable.

Founded in light of this vision, our Associate Degree Program of Human Resources Management aims to educate prospective personnel the businesses will need the most. The Program offers a foreign language grant to the students to contribute to their personal development in particular, and help them fully adapt to the business life with various corporate events.

Graduates of this program can work as “Human Resources Professionals” in the Personnel or Human Resources departments of businesses in any sector. If they graduate from one of the bachelor’s degree programs they can transfer to, they can be managers with the title of “Expert”. Graduates who invest in their personal development can also start their own networks/businesses and play an active role in the business world.
